Postage
All prices quoted include packing costs and 1st class UK postage. Your item will be packed in a cardboard box or a velvet bag, and then wrapped in bubble wrap or a Jiffy bag to make sure that it arrives safely. I will obtain proof of postage from the post office, but if you require extra insurance (at cost) then please let me know.

Payment and Delivery
Paypal: If you pay using Paypal I will post within 24 hours of receiving the payment.
Personal Cheque: I will post as soon as the cheque clears – usually 3-5 working

Returns
If you are not happy with anything you receive I will refund if you return it in perfect condition, in the original packaging. I can only refund postage if goods are faulty.

Wholesale
Wholesale terms: a discount of 35% on the prices listed with a minimum spend of £150.
